- Assistance in the selection of a D&O insurance carrier for the client trust and trustees, negotiation of the premium and the scope of the D&O coverage, and the management of renewals and special coverage needs.
- Assistance in issuing requests for proposal (“RFP”) to audit firms and evaluating proposals.
- Meeting support for periodic trustee and other meetings.
- Provide data and analysis for forecasting the number and kinds of future claims.
- Provide data and analysis for the calculation of payment percentage.
